How test games?

Someone knows if there is a program for testing cx65 games? I can't install SMTK and cx65 Emulator because I'm on my works's net, and upload all the games and try them on my phone is very boring!
I'm asking for something as GameMagic for Nokia :?

hmmm, i think the Emulator is the only change to to test the games, sry i dont know any other prog
