i upgrade my S65 from FW50 to FW58 ( from benq mobile site )
but i don't find any change !! (really):-?
i want to know what is diffrence between FW50 & FW58 ?

I doubt that he can read German, otherwise he wouldn't have written here. And furthermore even I cannot find the information there, most of the time pl were talking about patches and other problems, not about changes....
All I can say about fw58 is that I didn't notice any changes at all..

there is no difference between fw50 and 58 that we as users are conscious about. absolutly nothing. the only reason to upgrade is because you have too much time ;)

No, there is a little difference: "hide ID" is not possible for "next call" anymore at FW58. But you can make it possible with a patch ;)

So the question is why Siemens/Benq did release the fw58 if there is no difference between 53 and 58 (or except the 'hide id' thing even between 50 and 58..) ^^

i download 2 FW58 update programs(1st from siemens site & 2nd winswup file)
when i use winswup and click START , my computer hang (i don't know why !)and i must reset it.
in result i use 1st program to upgrade my mobile
now plz tell :

One is called Official Update Tool - the other is called Winswup.
One crashes your computer - the other doesn't.
But if you want to know the real thing: the difference is NOTHING. :)

:-? i ask this question because i can't use v_klay for Patch
i use px65v4 for find Basic codes
i found IMEI,ESN,HASH,SKEY,BKEY with Papuautils and create VKD 3.3+ for V_Klay
but V_kaly can't recognize the mobile

Try px65v5 or px75v1. And maybe use x65flasher for creating the loader.

Only thing that I've noticed(so far...) is that they have 'improved' the cam quality. Pictures taken with FW58 is waaaayyy less noisy than older firmwares. :)

the problem occures when i turn from light enviornment to dark one or from dark one to lighter while recording.
before upgrade i just miss recording when light differes so much! but now with a little lightness change i miss recording.
what`s wrong with ??

Here's a couple of cropped pics showing the difference between fw50 and fw58. Guess which is which. ;)
I believe the developers are just using a software algorithm to reduce noise. You can see this take effect by turning on the cam in low-light. The initial screen will show a grainy image and after a fews secs, the algorithm will kick in and you'll see a somewhat less grainy image.
