S75 problem with new SMS notification

Hello!

I'm an italian S75' user, and I'm new on this forum. I only speak English as a foreing language, so you won't see me in the German section! ^__*

As S75, as others Siemens phones is not only roses and flowers I had to solve some problems, but I can't solve this one:

the phone always shows the "sim full" (for sms) advice.

related to this one there are other two problems:

1) the phone stores new sms in its memory (as sim' memory is full), and here it is ok; the problem is that the phone does not ring when an sms (only sms; push messages are ok) arrive. It only displays the line "new message", but it does not ring nor vibrate.

2) the left softkey's function is absent, because that place is occuped by the "sim full" advice everytime.


Now,these problems have been always present, also with FW 35 (which I'm currently using) and earlier FW version.


Someone invited me to update the FFS version (I've got the "xx-FFS-LG01_001_S75" version), and I've downloaded FFS Int from the net.

But FSS updating tool does not function. It says "error creating Cache folder"....

Can you help me?

You need to send 'S-KEy' to the phone to perform FFSINIT.
This can be done with PapuaUtils.

Save all your work (adresses etc.) from the phone, because FFSINIT removes all your data.

To run px75v1, you have to downgrade to FW24 or earlier. px75v1 don´t work anymore with FW26 or higher ;)

I'm italian too and I have similar problem.
Sms stored only on sim,never in handy memory.:-(

Yes, you need to change your phone to Factory Mode.
To do that, you have to use px75v1, PapuaUtils, etc. and enter the S-Key.

After you update the FFS, your sms will go to phone memory first. So that "SIM memory full" problem is gone.

Do you know the version of FFS that I need to use?

so... I've got PapuaUtilis version 0.7.3, and I've downloaded FFSINT version 40, and Map version 40.

My S75 runs fw 40, downloaded by benq-siemens international site.

what I have to do?

I ask you for help because I don't understand russian, and I don't want to make disasters (also because service centers from BenQ Mobile have told me that they cannot repair my S75).

If what I think its right I have to select the third label form PapuaUtilis (titlet "FFS"), and then what? should I choose "format FFS" and then, after having formatted, should I run FFSINT to put into the phone the new FFS?

My preoccupation is that, when running FFSINT, it will give me the same error "error creating directory Cache\!", and will not update the flash file system, leaving my S75 definetly lost.

Is right the process I think to follow? Or it is wrong?

What can you suggest to me?
