Hello all the pros out there..i have a question to ask.The question is that i can connect my phone to my PC but i cannot send files via bluetooth but i can send files to my pc via bluetooth. Has anyone encountered such problem before? How can i make it work ? Thanks

Sending files via "File -> Send -> via Bluetooth" works fine for me (@WinXP SP2). How are you trying to send your files via BT?

i duno whether is my dongle problem . I have tried sending files to my other phone wic is a sony ericsson s700i using a software called IVT Corporation BlueSoleil but it doesn't work on my EF81@there is no send files via bluetooth option tab as u had mentioned b4 in my windows...i suspect it's my dongle problem ?

thanks man ..why didn't i think of that ? i finally sort it out and i can send files to my phone now . For other forumers out there, please beware that this software: Bluesoleil is not compatible with the phone(EF81). For those unlucky like myself who has bought some dongle which uses this software, there is an solution.
First,click on options in your MPM then click on the connection tab, select manual and then select the correct COM port(mine is COM6 and i suppose those who uses EF81 will have to choose COM6 too) with the bracket (Bluetooth). After that click on Bluetooth Serial Port Services in Bluesoleil and your phone will be detected. Thanks again Keyser

Hi! I seem to have the same problem. The Bluesoleil Software is detecting the phone but MPM is not. I have no idea how to send file(themes) to the phone. I would really appreciate a setp by step guide on doing this. The bluetooth device is set to COM10. I have tried altering the connections on MPM to COM10 but nothing happens. Where do I send the files from? eg windows exporler, bluesoleil or MPM. My version of MPM is 4.20.636.41.0 and bluesoleil is 1.6.1.4. Please Help. I want new themes!

I have clean the bluesoleil software from my PC.
My PC software is Win XP SP 2, with the Win XP software worke bluetooth fine ;)

How do I send via windows? What do I have to click on? I have cleared bluesoleil but when I plug in the bluetooth usb adapter, it says hardware detected but software need. Then tries to look for the software but can't find it? Sorry I'm really clueless on this subject. I need a detailed description.

Hello,
more normally the installation assistant wisely starts and tells this one what you must do.
Otherwise perhaps buy a cable and it give itself airs with the cable.
