SXG75 How to implement themes

I download few themes I send it to mobile via cable to themes folder, but is not recognized as theme in phone and will not run someone knows what can do I wrong ?

I forgot to ask is some software to build new themes?

You can download the theme editor here (https://market.benqmobile.com/portal/content.aspx?pid=1&LangID=0&cid=2&&tid=10000&xid=3984), but you have to register first.
