M65 How to use video as incoming call ringtone?

I know X75 can use video as incoming call ringtone,X65 can play video,but can't use to ringtone.
why???

I think X65 have not big different from X75,that X65 can paly video,like 3gp and mp4.But why can't use to ringtone,that just short of a option.
I don't know whether make a patch that add a menu "set as......" on the right softkey when paly video.

if you do need that function, just buy a X75
or use a gif for every incoming call.
