The so called "MessageMelody.wav" is the same on all Siemens x65/70/72... phones. Normally it is placed in a hidden folder: \Config\Default with all other "system default" sounds, images and animations....
If you gave your e-mail address I could have sent it to you but this way I don't know how (I've just started with training one pigeon...)
