CX65 How do I decode CX65 cc-monitor values?

Hello,

How can one decode the cx65 cc-monitor values? I am interested in Battery values especially. Looks like the 45/55 series decoder is confused somehow.

I have bought a new phone, but have to recharge the battery once a day!! Someone had told me that this is right for a new phone - that the battery must be 'trained' by charging it several times, but I am not sure if this is right.

My guess was that the battery was used indeed. That's why I am seeking for some prove of this idea.

CC-Monitor Battery value is 9250 - what does that mean?

as far as i understand it there , typed in my my 65 - cc monitor v1.21 shown code for battery -
- code A640

and got results :

Phone health - Very good

TYPE - (Li-Ion)
TIMEs CHARGE(D)/CYCLES - 64 /// This could be probably true ( i have it since JULY 2004
CURRENT CHARGE - 100%
% - UNFINISHED CYCLES? - 0±7%
% - FAST CHARGES - 0%

Thanks! I have tried it with yesterdays and todays values, but it does show the same value of...
TIMEs CHARGE(D)/CYCLES <= 4
which is right, because it looks like I've made just an unfinished cycle today.

I think I should do several full discharge/charge cycles to see if this changes the counters on that monitor and my phone will be working longer.

By the way, I have 02 firmware installed. Could an update affect the battery life?

i have to say that my reply woun't be objective due i have only M65 !
not got CX65 so I cannot be currently sure, could FW cause this self charege .. This may be also bad Charger-, connector, or bad Battery itself like, some factory defect or smth .. ? who ever knows, :( this could be possible, happend before...,
and better to go to warranty office /service and ask for replacement ??

anyway I have M65 since middle of July/2004, and myself went through all firwares from 04 to 12, but since not meet any major suffering with battery, anyway if no calling-talking / no touching it at all, just leaving on screen saver mode - it maybe last max 3 days ~ 72 Hours,
but this is told as general, never made tests ..

I am sure, it never lasts as far to MAX values in normal using mode, as it is told in spec's,
IMO the info is just on theoretical basis and maybe, just for a little advertise purpose to make it more attractive LOL :)

Max Standby: 300 hours MAX
Max Talktime: 5,5 hours MAX

Perhaps, this 300 hour = 12.5 days test was made to full charged (trained) battery, then Switched phone off, pulled off battery and Simcard and after 12 days put all together again .. and it could be quite possible that they could TURN ON tha damn thing then for few minutes LOL :)

If You have a manual near Ya there - go to the almost end pages - "Tech characteristic's section", -- there is little table - explaining,
- how the talking;Light's; Net search, will redyce standby time already .. and even not included games, organizizer, and data, camera ! there

To my mind the main cause could be the battery itself. :roll:

Googling around I have found some positive but subjective statements about battery-life improvements with the 12 FW upgrade. The 02 FW is quite buggy and I the phone goes mad regularly. :(

I am going to give the battery several harsh discharge / full charge cycles. If nothing chages I will call the phone dealer / service center and ask them for repair.
