Do you know that you can change the "Send" Animation....
Download some new animations (http://www.myphone.gr/forum/attachment.php?s=&postid=592140)!
Use the OD tool to unlock mobile's hidden folders!
Copy the animation you want in folder \config\default\
Rename the animation to SendAnimation.gif

I see there is nice IncomingCall animation but I haven't got anything like that in my mobile, wtf?

can i open the config folder from the mobile or do i have to do so from the mpm??
if so where is it? i'm new
also do i have to use the od every time i change something?

You can set free the config "disk" temporarily at the running mobile session by using the OD tool (it offen doesnt work) or better with s25atonce (s25atonce.de). Or with a patch (open disk) forever.
If the config disk is released, you can open it with MPM or S25@once.
If you have also the patch on phone " Password protected Disk selection menu" then you can browse the config also from the phone.
