Bad luck! I am sorry! This happens if someone activated a telephone code and typed it three times wrong.
Nobody here can help you with a master code, since it is unique and connected to the IMEI number.
You will have to contact your benq siemens vendor. You will have to tell them your IMEI number (this is the serial number of your phone). The Master Code will be generated/calculated from the IMEI number. You probably will get an insured letter and you will have to pay about 30 EUR (this was the price in summer 2006, when we could contact the manufacturer Benq Siemens Mobile Germany in Munich, but today this company has filed bancrupty).
