The official (german) datasheet says:

Display: TFT, 132x176 Pixel, 65.536 Farben, 9 Zeilen
(see http://www.cx65.de/Technische_Daten.191.0.html )

But i cannot find the word "TFT" in the english version... I think it will be a TFT but i'm not shure..

sorry bad english, but understandable right

What's the different between CSTN and TFT?

CSTN is a passive LCD technique, TFT is an active technique.
On CSTN Displays, every "cell" has to be refreshed, there's some kind of fading out. TFT cells remember their state until the controller tells them to change there intensity. No fading out there.
Difficult to explain... :)

TFT allows much faster screen changes, for example if you move your mouse on an old CSTN monitor, you cannot see the mouse cursor while moving.

As the CX65' display is very responsive, it must be a TFT display.

CX65 has surely TFT display.
I bought the phone a few weeks ago and all the documents included in the package said it has TFT display.
