EL71 Problem with calling

Hi, I have problem with EL71, when I call in some networks which has poor level ring telephone automatically switch on loudspeaker at once when begin ring call subscriber without chances of switch back on earphone... When the other side take up, phone automatically switch back on earphone... Don't you know somebody as possible this problem eliminate that to me don't switch on loudspeaker???

I have fw45 and it was on fw38 too. And as well as my friends which have EL71 they have the same problem...
