Hi everybody, please help me at following problems:
1. I can not create new MMS message in MPM. Button is grey.
2. SMS segment is limited to 70 characters in SMS editor in MPM application. If I write a message which is for example long 120 characters, my mobile phone sends 2 SMS messages.
I use DCA-540 data cable and FW version 16.

some how it did not worked for me either (on M65 fw12 and also fw16/ MPM dca-500 serial/ XP pro sp1)
will give a next try on new xp pro sp2,
will test it later have to recarge tha damn thing LOL

BTW the MPM backup already worked on xpsp2, it was able to create 4.5 mb backup dat file and succesfully store it,- instead 100Kb file - it was only able to create earlier xp sp1, really dont know is the windows the xpsp1 the troublemaker ..
... so far still scared to restore /load backup into phone .. not sure what may happen.. have still quite healthy phone ... YET!:)

in your topic you said you use DCA-500 cable,so you can`t flash and do other things right?
Do you know is it possible to change that type of cable so we can use it also for flashing!
I believe i once readed somewhere on the net that only a powersource 3,5 - 4.5v on pin 1 and 2 solves this problem?
Do you agree?

Hi there,
just ran in to the same problem with the inactiv MMS button. I am using a S65.
Has anybody an idea by now, what could possibly be wrong?
