What is the best way to backup a phone book (without permoming a full backup via bitpim)?

Copy pbm_master_v20.dat (in the root) and brew\GrpDList ver 01.db using either BitPim either BREW Mobile Controller to secured place. First file is phonebook itself, second file is information about user groups.
