SXG75 Backup Contact with BMC failure?

Please could someone explain to me, i used to backup my contacts with MPM, cause while i used BMC or Sixgoco, it's only saved a half of my contacts. i had all 450 contacts, i backup them, then restore it and got only 250 contacts, where are the rest??

I used addressbook service also by manually copying .dat files. And even with MPM, i still loosing several contacts, nothing seemes perfect.

If anyone had same problem as i had, and got the solutions, please let me know.

When you loaded the contacts for the first time into BMC, did you see all of them? It might be a bug in the program, but if you say MPM has similar problem... :-?
btw, you can register on official forum, http://forum.bezysoftware.net , I dont visit modopo that much, because it is very slow for me...

the easiest and fastest way to backup and restore contacts with a SXG75 I use BITPIM and backup the pbm_master...... adressbook in the root directory of the filesystem.

the same can be done thru BMC and you dont have to wait so long as it is with Bitpim...
