EF81 Problem "Enter n.p. code"

Hi to everybody!

Yesterday I install on my phone German fw58, and when all was done and I turn phone on and enter my PIN code this message shows "Enter n.p. code",
what code is that? Is that big problem :( ?

I search on this forum but cant find that someone heave this problem...

Your phone is locked to specific network provider. Unlock threads are not welcome on this forum (and in fact the solution is not found at this moment)...

Try another SIM card from the operator the fone is locked to and input *#0606# - you will see where your fone is locked.
