I have a problem with my EL71 again. It started a few days ago when it turned off randomly. No I can turn it on very hardly, and it turns off in a few minutes/seconds. While it is turned off the back side of the phone warms up :S
what could be the problem? The battery? Or something else?
I measured the battery, and it was 3,7 V. What else should I measure?

Strange thing... Sounds like a short circuit, somewhere.

In that case the phone would not turn on. I think. And sometimes it does turn on, and also finds the net. And after it turns off. And it does not warms up every time.

I have the same problem with my phone
but i think u have to download a new softwear virsion to it but it's hard to find because i looked for a new one but in vane.
any way warming is normal i htink

my el71 never gets "warm"!
i think, it's a technical problem!
a chip (or something else that gets "warm") is not working right!
maybe you should look up for repairing support!

I have bought my el71 a few days ago, and when I charge it's pattery or when I abuse it by playing media files it get's "warm" from the 1st day I bought it.
do you think I have a problem?
because i have read on the usre guid that's normal

maybe siemens used other/better types of whatever, and those parts are definately getting warm!? :/
