Can anyone help me please? I have more than 200 songs on my Memory Card(2GB), and still plenty of space but only 5 songs shows-up.
I tried to search again and again, update playlists and still the same problem.
Please help!!!

have a look at the filenames, make sure they are not longer than 30 chars!
2gb can be a problem too, i use one 1 gb card.

i just renamed all, track1 and so on...and still the same problem

I think thats the filelimit of 500 files on MMC. This is the problem of this cellphone. I have the same problem. Have you more then the 200 files on the phone?

well,i got the same problem with my sxg75,but as i updated my phone the problem gone,it was a mistake in the first software...as Madmax said,the files in ur card should be not over 30 chars...if the phone don't reconize all the files but only some of them,don't bother urself to take the card and make it again in the phone,he'll never reconize them...u should make a new file more and then make the card again in the phone...well i hope i could help u,this way works with sxg75

well how do I know that my phone is updated or not? till now I had a Orange SPV M5000 and with that it's very easy to see the updates. But with this EF81.... I don't know...
SO could anyone have a "HowTo update" in english ?

to know which software u have,just type *#06# ,and look under "SW" ,then u'll see which software u have,that helps u to choose a software higher than that...for update u need a usb cable and the software version which u must download...which cable and which software,that will be a question for people who has Ef81.:)

Ok so under SW it's: KE_1433_11.0.2 and about the cable is the one I got once I bought the phone... already found a update firmware version on benq's support site " Firmware Update EF81 v.48 "

yes,it's the right one,to update u must install the software,be sure ur phone is full charged,connect ur phone to ur computer,and then start the software,in that time u mustn't touch any button of ur mobile just wait 'til the update will finish...in this way i did it with sxg75... plz don't be in hurry,just wait 'til someone who has the same mobile help u,it can be that there is something more which u should know like backup ur phone files.
