I've changed the pininput.gif to a transparent gif, and now the phone won't start. When I start it, it goes all the way to the pin input, but when I start to press the numberkeys, the click(key) sound disappears. I can press the other buttons and the sound won't disappear. But i can't put in the pin code. I now I don't know how to reset the phone.
Anyone know how to reset the phone in this phase?

Well, I've got a easy solution to all of you who did the same things as I.
Put your sim card in a other phone (that works), turn off the PIN control. So you don't have to type in your PIN everytime you start the phone.
Then just put it in the phone that didn't work. Now it just should ask if you really want to start it. And voila! It's up and running

This solution only works for a few SIM-cards. Most of them do not allow PIN deactivation.
A good advise is not to touch the PIN-animation and replace it with some sort of blank data.

Yeah be careful when touching systemanimations. I tried to disable startup and shutdown animations. Because the phone just uses the standard ones when you don't choose any I decided to rename the animations in the config folder. The result was that i got a white screen for about 15s when i started the phone again. Luckily the phone came up again and i changed it back.
Be careful when playing in the config folder and backup your phone before. Dunno what soft you could use but at least copy the folder to your harddisk so that you still have copies of the original files.

you can change the pin input into transparent gif. but you have to be aware that this gif has tohave 4 frames so one for every digit you have to put in. if you just use an standard gif you'll get these problem because the phone wants to show the next frame(picture) but can't find it
