Hi, I have the DCA-540 immitation cable (works perfect)
but as it uses USB I can't update my firmware.
Isn't there software that makes from your USB a "virtual" com port :?:

If I'm not wrong, the DCA 510 uses this kind of software to.

The DCA-510 has a hardware USB-to-COM Emulator. This cannot be added by software.

DCA-540 real usb cable, u can flash x60 and SX1 with it.
for flashing x65 u need any COM or USB2COM cable, but if U need to upload/download files to/from x65 u need an original usb cable (DCA-500,510(512)). But if can't find it u can buy any x55 cable and upgrade it by connecting 2-5-7 pins ;)
