CX65 CX65 Microphone echo

3 different people give notice to me that my voice has a bad echo when I speak with my cx65.
I've looked at the volume but it's in the middle, the field was good, and I were in big rooms (3 different places), so what can be the problem? :(

there's a small hole beside the slim lumberg connection (bottom, right side... the slim lumber connection is at the bottom, middle side)... i think that's where the mic is.
